2. Describe the types of micrometers and it's uses
3. Describe the comparison measurement using dial indicators

Measurement need to be accurate when inspecting, assembly, or maintaining industrial equipment. As a millwright you will be a measuring such measurement as precise diameter and length or any combination of those. It is common for a millwright to have to inspect and assemble components with a tolerance of 0.02mm Or 0.001inch.
