Bearing Training Project Report

The main goal of this Bearing training is to learn various engineering processes and to develop skills, and with that mindset, I completed my engineering training with NBC Bearings Ltd. During this one-month training period, I witnessed various work and key responsibilities of various bearings departments.

The training began with a brief introduction to NBC Bearing Ltd. and a plant tour of various departments. It was a fantastic experience to learn about various engineering production methods that are currently in use and to better correlate theoretical knowledge with practical observations and understandings.

NBC Bearings Limited, a subsidiary of the C.K. BIRLA Group of Companies, is a market leader in the Indian bearing industry.

The company produces a wide range of bearings that meet the most stringent international quality standards.

In 1946, NBC manufacturing plants were established in Gunsi (Newai) Rajasthan, Manesar Haryana, and Jaipur. Its manufacturing technology is cutting-edge. The company is ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 certified.

NBC India is a major OEM supplier to the automotive, mechanical, and electrical engineering industries, as well as the railways.

Customers in India and the Indian Subcontinent, Europe, and Africa have readily accepted and recognised the bearings produced at the EOU plant.

NBC's main bearing competitors are SKF, TIMKEN, NRB, and FAG.
